Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If there is an error in our listing or the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition at the time of return. Any returns over $500 may be delayed due to inspection and processing times.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

• Make sure your name and address are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package, and please include a copy of your shipping invoice with a note of return reason. 
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If there is an issue with any shipment sent by onehundredtrillion.com, including; damaged or defective merchandise, missing item(s), or incorrect order/shipping error, onehundredtrillion.com must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the package.
